James earned his PhD in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2012. He currently serves as President of D. L. Moody Center and host of Thinking Christian. James writes and speaks on biblical and theological topics, as well as on the intersection of politics, technology, media and faith. His work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Sojourners, The Christian Post, American Thinker, and various other publications. James is a regular guest on Stand in the Gap Today from the American Pastors Network and a regular contributor to Christianity.com. James has been a guest on numerous podcasts, broadcasts, and live panels, including TBN’s “The Rise of Artificial Intelligence,” The Christian Post’s “Politics in the Pews,” and CBN’s “Faith vs. Culture.”
